Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Last updated:
The Button Wall does not sell your personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We never have.
Our commitment
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), “selling” means exchanging personal information for money or other value, and “sharing” means disclosing it for targeted advertising based on activity across other websites. We do neither. We don’t run ads, we don’t use advertising or analytics trackers, and we don’t give buyer data to data brokers.
We only disclose personal information to the service providers that help us run the site, such as our payment processor, under contracts that forbid them from using it for their own purposes. The full list is in our Privacy Policy.
Global Privacy Control
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of selling and sharing. Since we don’t sell or share, nothing about your experience changes.
Your California privacy rights
- to know what personal information we collect, use and disclose;
- to delete personal information we hold about you;
- to correct inaccurate personal information;
- to opt out of selling and sharing;
- to limit the use of sensitive personal information (we don’t collect any);
- not to be discriminated against for using these rights.
How to send a request
Email leonardt@outlook.com from the address you used with us and tell us what you’d like us to do. We may ask you to confirm the request from that address so we know it’s really you. An authorised agent can also make a request on your behalf with your signed permission. We answer within 45 days.
